Ron Tonkin KIA, a top-performing automotive dealership located in Gladstone, OR, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Office Assistant to join our team. This role is designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career in the automotive industry and gain hands-on exposure to every side of dealership operations.
This position is an ideal starting point to climb the ranks within the dealership. You'll receive training and real-world experience across multiple departments, setting you up for future advancement opportunities.
Entry-Level Office Assistant Responsibilities
- Serve as a receptionist by greeting customers, answering phones, and directing inquiries professionally.
- Provide front-office administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Back up the deal billing function, assisting with processing vehicle sales paperwork accurately and on time.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain deal jackets and related documentation.
- Support sales, service, and parts departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Perform accurate data entry and filing of physical and digital records.
- Maintain organized office and file storage areas; ability to climb filing / storage racks as required.
- Deliver excellent customer service to dealership guests and internal team members.
- Participate in cross-training opportunities across departments to gain exposure to all aspects of the dealership.
Schedule : Monday to Friday
Entry-Level Office Assistant Benefits and Compensation
Pay Range : Pay ranges from $18-$20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Corporate Hiring Requirements : Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
