[job_card.job_description]Make 25-30 outbound calls to clients daily to update them on the bank's projects. Manually update client information in the bank's system. Field 25-30 inbound calls daily and address customer requests. High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in Data Entry and Client Support / Customer Service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using technology and banking systems. Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach. Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in products and policies.
