Credit Risk Specialist

A company is looking for a Credit Risk Specialist to support sellers and manage risk in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Resolve seller inquiries via email using CRM tools

Triage loan related escalations and mitigate risk

Document product issues and collaborate with cross functional teams

Required Qualifications

1-3 years experience in financial services or payments

Customer facing support experience

Proficiency with Google Docs and research tools; SQL a plus

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
