Healthcare Strategic Management Faculty

A company is looking for an Associate Faculty in Healthcare Strategic Management for part-time virtual instruction.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver course content and assessments while engaging students to enhance understanding of course concepts

Maintain an engaged classroom presence, respond to student inquiries, and create a supportive learning environment

Perform additional duties such as coaching and overseeing student clinical experiences as required by the course

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Doctorate degree in Healthcare Administration or related area, or a doctorate in any field with 18 graduate credits in Healthcare Administration

Five years of experience in mid to senior level administrative positions in healthcare organizations

Master's degree in any area with ten years of experience in a senior leadership position in a healthcare setting

Degree must be from a regionally accredited institution

Familiarity with adult education teaching and learning theory is preferred
