We are currently searching for a Landscape Architect / Planner to join our Planning, Landscape Architecture, & Urban Design group in Springfield, VA .

To be considered for this position, applicants must have, at minimum, a B.S. or M.S. in Landscape Architecture.

The successful applicant needs to be creative and have a diverse range of graphic skills that include freehand sketching and computer aided rendering, GIS, and CAD production skills. This person will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of design projects and support the business development efforts for the Mid-Atlantic Region, as well as the rest of the company. Our work includes small to large-scale projects such as streetscapes and urban plazas, parks and playgrounds, campus, and transportation related projects. Responsibilities :

• Prepare presentation packages using 3D modeling, graphic design, and desktop publishing software
• Conduct research and prepare site reviews and analyses
• Prepare construction documents using AutoCAD and / or Microstation
• Participate in site analysis, project meetings and construction administration
• Support marketing and business development efforts in development graphics and web-based communication
