As a Food Delivery Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our Guests receive their orders accurately and promptly. You will act as a quality control specialist, addressing any inconsistencies or delays in order delivery, while maintaining a smooth flow of food from the kitchen to the Guests.
Essential functions:
- Facilitate and expedite the flow of food from the kitchen to the Guests.
- Complete finishing touches on food items prior to delivery, ensuring high quality.
- Proactively handle any delivery inconsistencies or delays to maintain exceptional service standards.
- Assist in cleaning and stocking the restaurant, perform side work, and package to-go orders.
- Maintain a high degree of pace and intensity while developing strong menu knowledge and the ability to organize and coordinate tickets efficiently.
- Adhere to scheduled shifts and arrive on time consistently.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team to enhance the dining experience.
Physical Effort:
- Regularly lift up to 10 lbs; occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Perform lifting from floor to waist level regularly, and overhead lifting occasionally.
- Frequent twisting and reaching are part of the job responsibilities.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Listen to and comprehend instructions from Managers and coworkers amid background noise.
- Frequent hand-washing is required to ensure food safety and hygiene.
