Summary
JOB SUMMARY: Manages CV critically ill patients immediately post procedure and/or requiring intensive care services in collaboration with CV Intensivist and Attending physicians. Provides continuity of care management until discharge.Supports patient care for technical procedures. Collaborates with all members of the healthcare team to develop or modify plans for optimal, cost effective and high quality patient care. Identifies discharge planning needs for patients in order to ensure comprehensive discharge support. REQUIREMENTS: Seasoned professional knowledge; equivalent to a Master's degree; knowledge in more than one discipline. Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner-acute care trained. 3-5 years of experience. Maryland Registered Nurse License, Active NCCPA Certification (PA), Maryland CDS License and DEA License, Active American Heart Association BLS/ACLS Certifications, Active AANC or AANP Certification (NP). #APPADVANCED PRACTICE PROVIDER- CARDIAC CRITICAL CARE • Baltimore, MD, US
