PROTECTIVE ORDER SPECIALIST - ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE COURTS - SALT LAKE CITY

The Utah Courts are seeking a detail-oriented and highly collaborative Protective Order Specialist to support statewide compliance and quality control for protective orders. This critical role helps ensure court orders are accurate, timely, and consistent across court and allied agency systems, supporting victim safety and judicial intent.

About the Role

The Protective Order Specialist performs quality control analysis of reports and data systems related to protective orders issued throughout the State of Utah. This position ensures compliance with state and federal laws, including National Crime Information Center (NCIC) policy, by compiling, reviewing, and validating court records.

Working under the direction of the Court Program Administrator, the Protective Order Specialist also serves as a technical and procedural resource to court clerical staff, IT teams, and allied agencies statewide.
