A company is looking for a Director of Global Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the global compensation subject matter expert and provide strategic advisory support on compensation-related matters
Lead enterprise compensation programs, including annual merit, bonus, and long-term incentive planning
Oversee equity and stock plan administration governance and support Compensation Committee preparations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Communications, HR, or related field
10+ years of progressive compensation experience, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity
Demonstrated experience leading global compensation programs in technology or public company environments
Expertise in base pay administration, incentive planning, and market pricing
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills with the ability to analyze compensation models independently
