    • What you'll do :

  • Provide guidance and prepare accurate tax-related forms for clients, including multi-year and multi-state returns.
  • Conduct face-to-face tax interviews.
  • Ensure tax return accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Support clients through IRS audits.
  • Engage in marketing and business growth initiatives.
  • Respond to client inquiries and assist with future tax planning.
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve office goals.

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Sales or marketing experience is a plus.
  • Background in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping is beneficial.
  • No formal education required; willingness to learn is vital!
