**Essential Qualifications:**

- Valid driver’s license for daily travel between customer sites.
- Strong communication and organizational skills for excellent customer service.
- Experience with electrical theory, or a willingness to learn, is a must.
- Ability to program, test, inspect, and service various fire alarm systems.
- Knowledge of NFPA codes and standards, with a commitment to adhere to them.
- Hands-on experience in wire pulling, conduit installation, and reading fire alarm drawings.
- Willingness to cover on-call hours, including nights and weekends, on a rotating basis.
- Ability to withstand heights and climb ladders comfortably.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Electronic Trade School training and/or NICET I or II certification preferred.

Physical capabilities: Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform tasks that include bending, reaching, climbing, and walking.
