[job_card.job_description]8+ years of experience in Java development, with 3+ years in a technical lead role. Strong proficiency in Java (JDK 17+), Spring Boot 3, and Reactive Programming (WebFlux). Proven experience in Microservices architecture, including Kafka, Couchbase, and RESTful APIs. Hands-on experience with GraphQL and API schema design. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Experience with CI / CD pipelines, unit testing (JUnit, Mockito), and SonarQube. Strong understanding of design patterns, low-level design, and system architecture. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Description / Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and development of microservices-based architectures using Java and Spring Boot.
- Architect and implement GraphQL APIs for efficient data querying and integration.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and DevOps teams to define technical solutions.
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of backend systems.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and guide junior developers.
- Integrate with containerization platforms like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
- Drive CI / CD implementation using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to engineering standards.
