Hybrid Logistics Coordinator Qualifications

  • 3+ years proven logistics experience, ideally in consumer-to-business shipping with overnight delivery timeframes.
  • Experience coordinating complex international and domestic shipping, especially working directly with major carriers like UPS, FedEx, and DHL to manage time-sensitive deliveries starting.
  • Demonstrated interest and experience in improving logistics systems and processes, rather than simply maintaining the status quo, and familiarity with logistics software or inventory management systems.
  • Ability to be onsite for early morning shifts (4-5 AM) in Louisville, KY.
