Primary Care Opportunity in Aventura, FL Making $250,000

Compensation:

• Base: $220,000
• Bonus: Based on internal review of how they perform. No set #. When they have a good month revenue wise, they will share.
• 1st 2years making around $250k
• No partnership
• Possible profit-sharing program after a few years of doing well

• Monday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Wednesday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturday Closed
• Sunday Closed
• After hours: Our doctors share call.
• 1 PCP, 1 MA and front-end personnel.
• 3 exam rooms
• Average 12-15 patients per day. Spend 30 min. with ea. patient
• See patients every 3-4 months
• The model is part value-based care and part RVUs
• Not Medicare Advantage
• No Obama Care
• This is Private Medicare and Private patients

Qualifications:

• Residency trained IM/FM
• Board Certified IM/FM
• No residents 2+ years. Need to be able to stand on their own
• Need to take hospital admissions
• Experienced managing chronic conditions
• Russian Speaking (preferred)
• Value-Based Care Experience (preferred- to understand the metrics of VBC)
• Able to manage Chronic Conditions w/out referring out
