SUMMARY
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Reliability Engineer in the North Richmond, Virginia area! Here you can propose and maintain predictive and preventive equipment maintenance programs in the maintenance management system for a global papermill manufacturing company. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define standard processes and tools to handle defects and ensure proper execution to improve equipment reliability and performance
- Lead Breakdown Elimination efforts through structured problem-solving
- Partner with operators to ensure defects are resolved and breakdowns are prevented
- Determine and prioritize planned maintenance needs, scheduling accordingly
- Share best practices across Reliability Leads to foster continuous improvement
- Maintain strong communication with the maintenance department to align priorities
- Continuously improve maintenance processes including Defect Handling and Breakdown Elimination
- Reduce negative impacts on machine reliability through proactive strategies
