Lead UX Designer

A company is looking for a Lead UX Designer to evolve and scale a multi-platform design system.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the evolution of the design system by improving component usability, accessibility, and scalability

Design, document, and deliver reusable Figma components and patterns that align with development standards

Maintain governance processes for versioning and contributions to ensure design system integrity and quality

Required Qualifications

At least 4 years of experience designing, building, and maintaining large-scale design systems

Proven ability to scale and evolve design systems across multi-platform product ecosystems

Experience applying AI tools or workflows to improve design system processes

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile environments

Strong portfolio demonstrating system-level thinking and component creation at scale
