Equipment Operator

In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring various types of automated and semi-automated machinery essential to our packing and processing operations. SHIFT: 6:45AM-CLOSE

Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor equipment such as pallet wrappers, box formers, baggers, and bin washers.

Ensure all machines are running smoothly and at optimal efficiency.

Perform routine checks and minor adjustments to equipment as needed.

Load materials and products into machines and remove finished goods.

Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to a supervisor.

Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies.

Working hours: 6:45 AM - 12:00 AM

Skills:
Previous experience operating production equipment in a food manufacturing or agricultural environment.

Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.

Familiarity with machine operations and troubleshooting.

Education:
No Degree Required

Ability to work a rotating weekly schedule, includinG weekends.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Basic mechanical aptitude.
