Job Responsibilities:

• Advise municipalities and public agencies on eminent domain laws
• Draft and review acquisition documents
• Prepare legal documents for condemnation cases
• Analyze property valuation and title issues
• Handle legal briefs and motion practice in litigation
• Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders
• Support hearings and case proceedings

Requirements:

• Active member of the New Jersey Bar
• 3+ years of experience in eminent domain and public agency representation
• Strong legal writing, drafting, and negotiation skills
• Client-focused with excellent communication skills
• Experience with condemnation hearings or trials preferred
