Generate leads through various channels within the agency. Focusing on incoming customer calls, winbacks, cross-selling current clients and deeping a household with new products. Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify potential opportunities and present insurance proposals to clients, recommending policies that best meet their needs. Close sales and achieve monthly and annual sales targets while collaborating with the team to reach agency sales goals Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field. Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license Fluent in both English and Spanish Coachable and Self-Driven; willing to learn! Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Goal-oriented and a TEAM PLAYER!

The Medallion Insurance an Allstate Insurance company is seeking a Licensed Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative to join our top-performing agency! You will be responsible for generating results by helping customers with their property and casualty insurance needs inside our book of business in both English and Spanish. Through helping customers, you will also be responsible for assessing cross-selling opportunities and provide better protection for Hispanic households across Arizona.
We are looking for self-driven bilingual individuals who are A players. As a Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our Hispanic customer base and delivering exceptional service to clients. If you are looking for a career on a high-performing team that cares about people, we want to talk to you!
Are you looking to break into the insurance industry? Great, your base salary will start at $24,000 and first-year commissions are expected to be around $35,000
Are you an experienced insurance sales veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary will start at $30,000 and our top earners made $70,000+ in commission last year.
