Director of Operations Strategy

A company is looking for a Director Operations Transformation, Technology and Workforce Strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement strategic plans in collaboration with various teams to drive automation and AI initiatives

Oversee the delivery and integration of technological solutions aligned with business strategies

Establish strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure effective implementation of technology solutions

Required Qualifications :

Doctorate degree with 4 years of technology experience, Master's degree with 8 years, or Bachelor's degree with 10 years of technology experience

At least 4 years of experience managing people or leading teams and projects

Experience in the life sciences industry and technology applications

Knowledge of digital product management and Agile methodologies

Ability to influence decisions at all organizational levels
