Project Manager experienced in managing concrete toourteamtoworkwithintheestablishedcultureandguidelinesoftheCompany.

QualifiedcandidateswillhavestrongcommunicationandITskills,leadershippotentialandatleast7yearsofpriorexperiencemanagingchallengingprojects.

Position Title : Project Manager (with concrete experience)

Reports To : Operations Manager

Status : Exempt

Location : San Francisco Bay Area

Required Experience : 7+ years

Salary Range : $150,000 to $180,000+

ResponsibilitiesandDuties :

• Participateinpre-constructionactivitiesasneeded
• Actasliaisonwiththeclient,architect,consultants,andtheDepartmentofBuildingInspection
• Interfacewithsitesupervisors;lookforandimplementinnovativeconstructionmethods
• Prepareandmaintainprojectschedules
• Prepareprojectdocuments–clientchangeorders,subcontracts,subcontractorchangeorders,meetingminutes,letters,memorandums,notices,etc.
• Coordinatingwithonsitecontractorsinplanningandcoordinatingthestagesofconnectingnewsystemswithexistingutilitysystems
• Controlandmonitorsubcontractorsandmonitortheirperformance
• Managecostchanges,tracklegitimatechangeordersrequests,compilefairpricingforworkandforecastfinancialresultsaccurately
• Reviewandexpeditesubmittalsandmaterials,aswellasmonitorcriticalmaterialitemsanddeliveries
• Maintainqualitycontrolandproductionefficiency
• Maintainimmediateanddirectresponsibilityforproductionphasesoftheproject;resolveproductionproblems
• Overseethatjobsitesafetyproceduresarebeingfollowed
• ProvidefeedbackonproductioncoststotheEstimatingDepartment
• Developandleadthemarketresearchexecutionplanforproductdesignalternativesthatfitprojectbudgetanddesignintent
• Createthedesign / procurementexecutionplansthatfulfillcontractualprojectscopeobligationsandprovidepotentialcostsavingdesignandenergyefficientsolutionsbasedoncurrentsubtier(supplier,manufacturer)markettrends
• Establishprojectprotocolsanddevelopplanstoorganizeandcommunicateproductliterature,O&Mmanuals,RFI’sandsubmittalsassociatedwithdesignclarificationandproductsubstitutionstoalldesignstakeholdersontheproject
• CreatetheBIMexecutionplansalignedcohesivelywithdesigndocuments,subcontractordesign-buildtradesandconstructabilityconstraints
