About Us My Contents is a Fort Worth-based contents restoration company. We help homeowners recover their personal property after fire, water, and mold losses. With $3M+ in current revenue and a strong operational foundation, were ready to scale to $10M+.

Were looking for a Strategic Growth Executive to help lead that next stage of growth.

Position Overview This is a senior-level leadership role working directly with the owner. You will not be responsible for managing day-to-day operations. Instead, your focus will be on strategy, business development, and positioning the company for expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute strategic growth plans
  • Develop KPIs and reporting frameworks for all departments
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
  • Prepare the business for M&A opportunities or investment
  • Cultivate relationships with insurance TPAs and managed repair programs
  • Pursue and manage government contract opportunities
  • Represent the company at high-level meetings and industry events
  • Act as a coach and advisor to the leadership team

    • Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • Executive experience in restoration, insurance, or construction
  • Familiarity with TPAs, vendor networks, and managed repair programs
  • Experience with government contracts and RFP processes
  • Proven ability to scale companies and build cross-functional teams
  • Strong financial and operational acumen
  • M&A experience or exposure to private equity partnerships
  • Retired insurance executives encouraged to apply
