What You'll Do :

Greet and assist visitors, employees, and / or customers at the front desk, providing a welcoming presence at the location.

Monitor access points and verify credentials to help to deter unauthorized entry.

Follow site-specific policies and procedures related to security-related matters at the front desk.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as needed per site protocols.

Maintain accurate logs and / or records of visitor check-ins, deliveries, and other front desk activities.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related concerns or incidents.

Support emergency response activities as directed, following established protocols for the location.

Minimum Requirements :

Comfortable using computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
