About the Role
We’re looking for a customer-focused individual to join our team! You’ll be one of the first points of contact for customers, supporting the day-to-day operations of the property and helping people find the right storage solutions with professionalism and a smile.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Customer Service
Assist customers in person and by phone to rent units and answer questions
Meet sales goals through effective communication and follow-up
Maintain a welcoming, helpful, and professional environment
Administrative Tasks
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Prepare bank deposits and track property data
Follow up on late accounts per company policy
Maintenance & Cleanliness
Keep the office, units, and property clean and safe
Perform light maintenance and custodial duties
Conduct regular property inspections and restock supplies
Team Support & Compliance
Assist the Resident Storage Expert as needed
Follow all company policies and procedures
Represent the brand in a professional, positive manner
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED required
Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred
Excellent communication and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Friendly, professional appearance and attitude
Valid driver’s license
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
