Python Developer - $90 / hr Remote - Alignerr

At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research teams and labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models.

Organization : Alignerr Position : Python Developer Type : Hourly Contract Compensation : $60-$90 / hour Location : Remote Commitment : 10-40 hours / week

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

Review and evaluate AI-generated Python code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.

Solve complex algorithmic challenges and develop high-quality Python solutions.

Provide clear, human-readable explanations for code logic and problem-solving strategies.

Identify and flag edge cases, bugs, or ambiguities in AI responses.

Requirements

Bachelor's or better in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Deep expertise in Python, including modern frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) and advanced language features.

3-5+ years of professional experience writing production-level Python code.

Exceptional written communication skills to explain abstract technical concepts.

Preferred :

Prior experience with data annotation, RLHF, or evaluation systems.
