Perks & Compensation :

Earn up to $47 - $174for day-to-day assignments and more for long-term. While pay varies based on certification, school, and the assignment, we strive to pay some of the highest rates among substitute providers.

What Were Looking For :

Passion for education and putting students first

An empathetic nature, a growth mindset, and a drive to be the best you can be

College credits, Associates Degree or a Bachelors Degree

Three professional references, including at least one from a previous supervisor

State & federal background checks

Youll Stand Out If You :

Have an Arizona Substitute Certification OR AZ Teaching Credential

Have previous experience in special education settings

Are bilingual and / or have bilingual teaching experience
