As a B2B Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales within your designated territory by promoting and selling our client's technology products and services to businesses. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology, excel in sales, and enjoy building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential B2B clients through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and emails to present and promote our client's technology products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, IT managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed explanations of features, benefits, and potential ROI.
  • Develop customized sales strategies to address the specific needs and preferences of each client.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (B2B sales experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred).

Compensation and Benefits:

  • On-target earnings (OTE) ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 annually.
  • Two weeks of comprehensive paid training to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed for success.
