Key Responsibilities
Embed standardized processes and tools to enhance operational excellence across the Consulting Service Line
Identify and implement process improvements to boost team performance and client delivery efficiency
Partner with leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable operational plans and measurable outcomes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operational, project management, or consulting role
Experience in supporting change management or process improvement initiatives preferred
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and business processes for actionable insights
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint)
