Custom Closet Design Technician (Project Design Coordinator)

Hourly | Non-Exempt | Full-Time | Onsite in Landover, MD

What You’ll Do

As a Service Coordinator (Project Engineer), you’ll be the behind-the-scenes expert ensuring our custom closet projects are engineered, prepped, and ready for flawless installation. You’ll work closely with our design, manufacturing, and installation teams to keep projects moving and customers happy. In this role, you will :

• Use Cabinet Vision software to prepare and process custom closet designs
• Export and convert design files (e.g., Closet Pro to CSV), confirm wall dimensions, and prep jobs for production
• Review approved jobs for buildability and installation requirements
• Coordinate special order items and ensure timely production prep
• Support field teams with real-time problem-solving during installations
• Occasionally visit job sites to take measurements or verify specs
