Looking for a career change or looking to get your career started?  Affinity recruiting is looking to fill entry-level 1st shift manufacturing positions here in the Syracuse, NY location.

$15.50 - $17.25 per hour (depending on experience)

Full-Time positions, 40 hours a week, M-F schedule, 6am – 2 : 30pm!

The Job :

Retrieve and return patterns  to and from storage using a cart or forklift

Keep accurate record of pattern locations

Gather and set up other molding equipment and supplies for molders

Assist to evaluate the condition of the patterns

Perform minor repairs on patterns

Work closely with pattern makers and supervisors

Check process sheets for accuracy

Interface with the office to update pattern and process information

Perform any and all other job related tasks as assigned

Basic math skills and use of a ruler require

Ideal candidate :

Okay with routinely lifting 30-50lbs

Okay working in a hot and dirty environment.

Can be dependable to show up and do a great job!
