Service Advisor

Diehl Automotive is growing and expanding! We are looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor at Diehl of Robinson. Customer service, data entry, writing estimates, and working as a team with the technicians and other advisors will be primary the responsibilities. Prior experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.

As a Service Advisor you will:

• Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner
• Obtain accurate information regarding the customers vehicle, documenting any and all concerns to the repair order
• Advise customers on the maintenance intervals according manufactures specifications
• Provide customers with a complete and accurate estimate for labor and parts
• Provide customers with a detailed breakdown of all charges for the services performed to their vehicle
• Obtain prior authorization from the customer or warranty company of repairs that need to be completed
• Handle telephone inquiries regarding customer concerns, appointments, and follow up with customers on work in progress
• Verify manufacturer and extended warranty coverage

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

• Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
• DMS experience (preferred)
