Job Description:
  • The Enrollment Technician II is responsible for enrolling subscribers and dependents across all lines of business for complex accounts.
  • This role ensures accurate enrollment processing, reconciliation, coordination with internal teams, and support for training activities while maintaining high attention to detail and compliance with established procedures.
Responsibilities:
  • Enroll subscribers and dependents for all lines of business through fax, mail, and email for complex accounts.
  • Verify enrollment status and process changes to membership records.
  • Research and resolve enrollment system discrepancies.
  • Process membership terminations and other enrollment-related events.
  • Complete monthly reconciliation processes and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the Account Installation Team to ensure member identification cards are released only after enrollment updates are completed and audited.
  • Coordinate with the Billing Technician to ensure all group enrollments are processed prior to monthly billing.
  • Assist with initial training for new hires and provide refresher training for existing staff, as needed.
Experience:
  • Three years of experience in membership enrollment, member services, billing, claims operations, or data analysis.
Skills:
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to multiple and rapidly changing priorities.
  • Ability to learn and understand client account details, process flows, and health insurance enrollment systems.
  • Strong attention to detail when working with large volumes of enrollment data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Qualification And Education:
  • High school diploma or GED.
