Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25 per hour

Hours Per Week : 36

Location : Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $10,000

Student Loan Forgiveness : Up to $20,000

What You'll Do :

• Float between Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU, providing high-quality care.
• Adapt to various workflows while maintaining a focus on clinical excellence.
• Use the nursing process to assess patient needs, implement individualized care plans, and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.

Your Qualifications :

• Minimum of 18 months experience in Med / Surg or Telemetry nursing; 2 years preferred.
• Flexibility in scheduling to meet Monday, Friday, and weekend requirements.
