Job Description

Summary:
As a Marketing Coordinator in the Janitorial Sanitation industry, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include creating marketing materials, managing digital campaigns, analyzing market trends, and supporting the sales team in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Assist in defining target audiences and segments for marketing campaigns.
2. Content Creation:
- Develop engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and print materials.
- Create product brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.
3. Digital Marketing:
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
- Maintain and update the company's website with relevant content and product information.
4. Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning and coordinating industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful participation in events.
5. Brand Management:
- Uphold brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Ensure that marketing materials align with the company's mission and values.
6. Data Analysis:
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports to assess ROI and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
7. Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with company goals.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors when necessary.
8. Budget Management:
- Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing coordination or a similar role, preferably in the janitorial sanitation industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing software and analytics tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
