Adjusters will train and start in-office at our Scottsdale location before being offered work-from-home opportunities. Responsible for investigating and confirming the facts of loss for basic to advanced automobile accidents. Determines coverage, liability, damages and otherwise adjusts and negotiates claims within limit of authority.

The base range offered for the role is:
Adjuster Analyst III: $50,000.00 - $65,300.00
Adjuster Cons I: $50,000.00 - $74,120.00
Adjuster Cons II: $56,000.00 - $82,500.00
Adjuster Sr Cons I: $68,500- $104,100.00
And is based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) if applicable for the role.
