- AT&T Account Manager Responsibilities :
- Interact with residential customers to educate them on wireless products and services available to them and answer any questions they may have about products, new updates, plans, and more.
- Work with customers to review their current services and assist them in setting up new plans. This includes transfers, troubleshooting, setup, and account management.
- Process any sales orders for customers, serving as their point of contact and assisting them with their purchases.
- Develop and implement improved sales strategies to increase sales performance and expand wireless services in the area.
- Track all sales orders to ensure customer satisfaction, ensuring that customers receive their new devices.
- Provide top-tier customer service by understanding products and services to clearly communicate and address complaints or concerns, and offering solutions in a professional manner
- AT&T Account Manager Skills :
- Background experience in a customer service role, in the sales industry, retail store, or similar role is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to be able to engage with customers
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of organization when managing customer accounts and answering questions
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to complete tasks and develop further skills
- Provide extraordinary customer service, leaving all customers happy and satisfied This is a full-time, commission-based position with an on-target earnings range of $42,000-$62,000 annually.
