A company is looking for a Manager, Technical Support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily task distribution for Technical Support Agents / Engineers
Build and cultivate internal and external customer relationships, acting as the first point of contact for management escalations
Onboard and train new team members while overseeing conflict resolution and conducting one-on-one meetings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or at least 7 years of technical support experience at a higher Tier level
3+ years of SaaS experience required
2+ years of management experience preferred
Experience with MS Communication and Collaboration technologies, as well as JIRA ticketing system
Proven work experience in a similar role, preferably in insurance or payments
