We're a high-impact team in need of a Program Manager - Senior who will play a pivotal role in transforming how we deliver value across the organization. This is a dynamic role; part strategist, part consultant, part builder, designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, see opportunity in complexity, and are passionate about driving systemic change. You'll work closely with technology partners, program managers, and business leaders to :

• Design and implement scalable processes that improve program efficiency and outcomes
• Develop cases that unlock strategic investment
• Shape and pilot Gen AI use cases that elevate how we understand and respond to customer needs
• Serve as a trusted advisor to internal teams, helping define needs and architect solutions that move the needle
• Support and elevate change management across the program, driving strategic execution of goals

Compensation range : The salary range for this position is : $103,450.00 - $197,730.00.

Compensation : USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location. Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.
