We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving their concerns effectively.
- Document customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records in our support system.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and enhance customer service.
- Assist in training new team members on customer support protocols and software tools.
