Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business process improvements and system changes
Lead teams in evaluating and documenting business impacts of process changes
Provide mentorship on requirement methodology and conduct user acceptance testing
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in data gathering, research, and analytics
4+ years of experience with financial and risk analysis
4+ years of experience in project planning techniques and methodologies
4+ years of experience with business process analytics using tools like Excel and flowcharting
