Finance Director

A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Finance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop annual operating budgets and prepare forecasts including monthly and yearly projections

Administer management variance analysis reports and organize data to identify trends and root causes

Oversee cashflow forecasting and support M&A activities including financial modeling and due diligence

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred

10+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles in a large corporate environment

Advanced skills in financial modeling, analysis, and strategic planning

Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams
