Job Description

Do you enjoy working with your hands, fixing things, and making spaces look their best? A top aerospace manufacturer is looking for a  Facilities   Maintenance Assistant  to join their facilities team! This  temporary to hire  opportunity offers flexible hours and a fun, supportive team that holds regular employee celebration events.

If you’re someone who likes variety in your day—painting, patching, light repairs—this role will keep you busy and engaged.

Facilities Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities :

  • Perform light building repairs using hand and power tools
  • Paint and patch walls to keep facilities clean and professional
  • Assist with general facility maintenance projects
  • Support the Facilities Manager with daily tasks and upgrades

Schedule :  Monday-Friday 7am-3 : 30pm (flexible hours available!)

Pay :   $22-$25 per hour

Facilities Maintenance Assistant Requirements :

  • 1 years of experience with hand and power tools
  • Prior experience in building facilities maintenance preferred
  • Basic painting and patching skills
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus!
