What Youll Do :

• Complete hands-on training : Own and continuously improve end-to-end manufacturing processes for power transmission components andvalidate machining parameters tolerances fixturing methods and process controls
• Develop standard : Develop modify and optimize CNC programs using G-code for turning milling hobbing grinding and related machining operations.
• Project management : Develop or support additional programming solutions using Python SQL or C / C for manufacturing data analysis reporting and process monitoring and maintain process documentation including standard work work instructions control plans and process FMEAs
• Troubleshoot : Troubleshoot machining and programming issues related to tool paths feeds speeds and machine behavior.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams : Support capacity planning line balancing and productivity improvement initiatives
• Continuous improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline processes improve design standards and support cost-saving initiatives.
