Are you ready to take your bookkeeping career to the next level? Join our dynamic CPA firm and become an essential part of a team that supports diverse clients—ranging from fast-growing startups to established enterprises with complex, multi-entity structures.
What You’ll Do :
- Oversee daily accounting operations for multiple client entities and ensure each maintains accurate, up-to-date financial records
- Manage accounts payable / receivable, generate invoices, and process payments across a multi-entity client base
- Reconcile multiple bank and credit card accounts, resolving discrepancies efficiently
- Maintain general ledgers and process entries, including intercompany transactions and eliminations
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, and help prepare consolidated financials for multi-entity clients
- Support our CPAs during audits and tax preparation, providing detailed client documentation and insightful reporting
- Communicate directly with clients to clarify transactions and ensure all financial records are complete
- Use next-generation technology (QuickBooks Online Advanced, Xero, Sage Intacct, etc.) to streamline workflow and deliver exceptional client service
- Uphold rigorous internal controls and compliance standards
