A typical day would involve inspiring people to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money, building client relationships that will grow stronger every year. You would also assist with the beginning and closing of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program, assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures. Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service and perform all other duties as assigned.

Your expertise includes a high school diploma or equivalent, reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview, ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone, previous experience with Windows-based computer programs, and additional state and local requirements may apply.

Pay Range Information : The pay range for this position is $11.00 - $27.00 / hr. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan.
