Job Overview:
In this role, the selected candidate will assist the Store Manager in leading the sales team, managing daily operations, and promoting sales of our products to our Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors. Candidate will provide superior customer service to our customers; maintain store sales performance, cost controls, inventory control, and business strategy. The Assistant Manager will also develop his/her staff, new business and assets, and provide HVAC technical support. Must be an extroverted leader who can inspire a multi-location team of people. This individual must also possess strong process management skills to assist in driving results and also identifying new ways to improve current processes and procedures. This is a full time position, all work is done onsite.
