The Mail Order Pharmacist is pivotal in ensuring the precise and timely delivery of prescribed medications to our patients. This role involves a variety of responsibilities that require both interpretation and independent judgment to take appropriate actions.

You will uphold quality assurance standards, diligently track medication dispensing, and ensure a thorough review before medications are dispatched. In this role, you will begin to shape departmental strategies and will have the autonomy to make decisions on both moderate and complex issues related to project components.

Required Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution
• Active Pharmacist license in Arizona, Florida, Ohio, or Texas
• Residence and commitment to work within Arizona, Florida, Ohio, or Texas
• Eligibility for participation in Federal prescription programs
• Self-motivated yet effective in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to foster collaborative solutions
• Focused work ethic with a commitment to accuracy and productivity
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Access to a wired internet connection and a dedicated workspace

Compensation

The pay range is a good faith estimate for full-time employment : $104,000 - $143,000 per year, with eligibility for a bonus incentive plan based on performance.
