About Our Primary Care Department

Our Primary Care practices utilize an EMR across a comprehensive network connecting 4 hospitals and 85 practice locations across the county. Additionally, our primary care practices possess Level III NCQA Patient Centered Medical Home certification and participate in multiple quality initiatives. We score high on patient satisfaction and have strong medical leadership. We are a progressive network and well positioned to face the challenges of health care today. Our current Family Medicine Physician openings are in Glen Mills and Media, PA.

Position Requirements

• The successful candidate will be a graduate of an accredited Masters CRNP primary care program with up to date Pennsylvania licenses. We are looking for a motivated, compassionate professional with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in an advanced practice role.
