Clearance Team Lead

A company is looking for a Clearance Team Lead to support their Specialty Infusion Pharmacy remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Provide guidance to the Patient Access team on referral processing and therapy guidelines

Oversee and assign the clearance team's workload, monitoring productivity and quality expectations

Handle escalations and complex issues related to benefits and authorization while delivering exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications

At least 2 years of home infusion specialty pharmacy and / or medical intake / reimbursement experience preferred

Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement guidelines

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities

Basic level skill in Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of CPR+ preferred

High school diploma or equivalent required
