    • What You’ll Do

    In this role, you will :

  • Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and concerns
  • Educate individuals and families on financial protection and planning strategies
  • Offer solutions including life insurance, investments, and long-term care options
  • Build and manage long-term client relationships
  • Grow your communication, business development, and planning skills

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary plus performance-based commissions and bonuses
  • Estimated total compensation : $50,000 – $75,000 in year one
  • Full benefits available for you and your family

  • Must reside in the state of Iowa
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in a client-focused, relationship-driven career
  • Willingness to obtain required licenses (training provided)
